This is why we have added different themes and layouts to make sure you have complete control over design and can easily adjust the style of each individual component. When you sign up for a Numerro license, you will create your personal log-in credentials for your Numerro Hub account. Once you're logged into the Hub, you will have access to search, filter, and download all Numerro components including themes, templates, and visualizations. Your access will depend on the license you purchased.
Yes, we do! If you have any issues using the Hub, downloading the files, need help editing the components, or just want to give us some feedback, just shoot us an email at email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
You can purchase a Small Teams license for up to 5 team members or a Large Teams license for up to 25 team members. After purchase, you will be emailed a unique sign-up link to share with your team members. They can simply navigate to the link provided and they will be granted access to the Hub after signing up.
If you have the need for more than 25 licenses, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll work with you to make sure everything is set-up exactly how your organization needs it.
Absolutely! The Professional license allows you to use the Toolkit for commercial purposes, in which you can create and share reports with clients. You can also embed Numerro's components and designs as part of your product. The only thing that you are not allowed to do, is re-sell the Toolkit or distribute the Toolkit contents with other users outside of your organization.

All future updates will be added directly to the Hub, and we’ll be sure to let customers know in our monthly newsletter when new updates are available. We strive to release new and valuable updates on an ongoing quarterly basis. The Toolkit supports Power BI Report Server - October 2020 onwards.
The Toolkit is compatible with all versions of Power BI from March 2020 onwards (Version 2.79+).
Of course! Once logged into the Numerro Hub, simply navigate to the Pricing page or click “Change Membership” in the top navigation bar. On the pricing page, sign up for the new membership you'd like to upgrade to and you will only pay the difference in price compared to your current license. After purchase, your access will be updated per the license you upgraded to.
